Data collected
Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, area of interest and the message you choose to send. We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal data or identification documents through this form.
Purpose and lawful basis
We use this information to handle enquiries, respond to information requests and communicate about a possible commercial transaction initiated by you. Depending on the context, the lawful basis may be steps requested by the data subject prior to entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to appropriate balancing where required. Sending an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing messages.
Service providers and disclosures
Our forms use Formspree, a third-party provider that processes and stores submissions and sends email notifications to info@protecba-investments.com. Website hosting and email services also participate in delivering these functions. Information is shared with other parties only where needed to fulfil the enquiry, supported by a lawful basis or required by law; further information will be provided when appropriate.
International transfers

Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless longer retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations or to deal with potential legal claims. Where a contractual relationship arises, applicable statutory retention periods apply. The need to retain information is periodically reviewed.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or data portability where applicable and withdraw consent where consent is the relevant lawful basis by contacting info@protecba-investments.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Required information and security
Required form fields enable us to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including unrelated personal details in the message. The form is not used for solely automated decisions producing legal effects. Reasonable technical precautions are used, although no online service can eliminate all risk.
